  Elmer Coppoolse
Chief Executive Officer


Elmer Coppoolse is an internationally known and trusted entrepreneur who has a passionate interest in the evolution and application of the Internet to business and marketing.

Coppoolse was a development partner and Chief Operating Officer of SynXis Corporation, a company specialized in developing Central Reservation software for hotels based on internet technology currently used by over 14,000 hotels worldwide. The company was started in the late '90's and sold to Sabre (AMR) in 2004.

Elmer Coppoolse is originally an international hotelier with an undergraduate degree from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland and a graduate degree in Marketing from the Netherlands Institute of Marketing. He also studied Finance at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Elmer's other venture is EMCO Hospitality whose holdings currently include The Resort at Glade Springs in West Virginia.

Elmer has also held senior management positions with the Sheraton Corporation and Sonesta Hotels & Resorts. Elmer is presently on the boards of Mountain State University and the World Cancer Research Fund.

  Mark Wray
Chief Development Officer

Mark Wray  is an expert in the design, development and deployment of websites and web-based technologies and provides day-to-day operational leadership for site and application development teams and direct management of network and server operations.

As the founder and president of Digital Beckley (a former business endeavor), Wray established himself as an innovative entrepreneur providing complex web-site solutions for showcase and leading businesses in southern West Virginia. His prior experience was involved with Fortune 500 firms and Federal Government agencies including National Institute of Health, USDA, EPA, and the FCC. 

A graduate of the Innova FastTrack GrowthVenture program sponsored by the West Virginia Technology Consortium Foundation and the Kauffman Foundation.  Mark is consistently setting new standards in web development and management including the creation of Snowball’s proprietary TruDepth Content Management System.

Mark served as the Executive Chair for the Board of Directors for Region 1 Workforce West Virginia from 2009 to 2011.



 
Sandi Brinley
Customer Service Director

Sandi Brinley is known for her superior knowledge and expertise in the areas of customer relations, sales and revenue management. Brinley is the driving force for the vision and organizational management of Snowball’s propriety iGloo “Digital Intelligence Dashboard” and is a leader in identifying industry trends and emerging technology trends to enhance services and product development.

As Director of Sales and Revenue Management for The Resort at Glade Springs, Sandi has a mastered understanding of how Internet technologies can increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction.
